It's a miracle! I can get my palms flat on the floor in uttanasana (standing forward bend), and my heels are almost on the ground in adho mukha svanasana (downward-facing dog). I can't stop or it will all go to hell. Please let me be dedicated this time! My psoas on the other hand...rough shape.
